How to Transfer iPhone Contacts to Outlook

"I need to know if there is a way to copy my iPhone contacts back into outlook. That is, I've added numbers to the phone and I want those new numbers to be added to my outlook contacts. I searched up several different phrases but nothing significant came up. And no, it doesn't automatically do two way sync. Any new contacts I add to my iPhone don't get automatically added to my outlook contacts."
