How to Transfer Contacts from Computer to iPhone

iPhone contacts is one of the most important data for iPhone users apart from photos and videos. I believe that people will share contacts among Google mail, outlook, mobile phone and other programs that need contact info. And you may always encounter the problem that how to sufficiently transfer contacts without using iTunes. Sure iTunes is Apple's official tool for conveying data between iTunes and iOS devices but it's still imperfect and sometimes fussy. What other program we can turn to and get things done with ease?

How to Proceed the iPhone Contact Transferring ?

Its' an easy-to-use program so you don't ever need to worry about not knowing how to operate the app. We will give you a clue for your reference.
• Step 1: Install the program and connect your device with computer
Install and run the program in your computer then connect your iPhone to your PC with a USB wire. The program will soon detect the connected iPhone and the contents in your devices like media, playlist, photos, contacts, SMS etc will be listed as categories on the left column.

Note: Please note that iTunes is a must for this transferring task, so remember to install iTunes in your computer.

• Step 2: Sync contacts from computer to iPhone
Click "Contacts" on the left and a new management bar will show on the top. Select "Import/Export" and there will be a pop-up window, click "Import contacts from computer".
Now all the contacts with name, phone number, email and group classification are displayed in the main interface, tick the contacts you want to export and save to your device, after finish selecting, you can start to transfer the chosen contacts from PC to your iPhone.

Note: iPhone 6/6 plus, iPhone 5s/5c/5, iPhone 4s, iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS are supported by iOS Transfer.

Now you can open the contacts in your iPhone and check the result. All the selected contacts have been imported to your iPhone.
Sometimes you may have saved more than one contact info for the same person. How to merge the same information into one? There's "De-duplicate" button on the top, click it and the similar contacts are shown in the Merge Duplicate Contacts. Tick the contact options that you want to merge and click "Merge Selected".
