• Step 1: Launch the apps and link up your iPod to your computer
Please be sure that you have installed iTunes onto your computer and then run it. Launch MobileGo for iOS and connect your iPod to computer.
Note: The Windows version supports iPod touch 5, iPod classic, iPod nano, and iPod shuffle, while the Mac version supports iPod touch 5/4. Both Windows and Mac version are fully compatible with iOS 7 and iOS 6.
• Step 2: Transfer files from iPod to computer
Now, we will show you the detailed operation steps to transfer files.
Transfer music from iPod to computerWhen the device is detected successfully by the apps, the interface like this will pop up. Then click "Export Music to Folder" to sync songs.
You can also click "Media" in the directory tree on the left, and then select your wanted music or albums. Click the triangle under "Export to" to choose "Export to your computer". Then all music files start to move.
Transfer movies from iPod to computerClick "Media" and then "Movies" on the top line of the window. Choose movies you would like to sync to computer and click "Export to". Find a destination folder to place your movies.
Transfer playlists from iPod to computerClick "Playlist" on the left column. Select playlists you want and click "Export to". Find a local folder to store your playlists.
Transfer photos from iPod to computerIf you have lots of photos saved in your iPod, like iPod touch, you can transfer them to your computer. Click "Photos" on the left-side panel. Open "Camera Roll" or "Photo Library". Choose photos and then click "Export to". You can also transfer files-Camera Roll or Photo Library.
