It will be annoying that you cannot install it on your iOS device, which runs iOS 5, just because it is not jailbroken. Luckily, you can put shortcuts on your iPhone homescreen like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc. without any jailbreak. Follow us here and know more about how to add shortcuts on your iOS 5 iPhone homescreen.

How to Add Shortcuts on iPhone Homescreen without Jailbreak?

Step1: Open Safari on your iOS device and enter "http://brdrck.me/settings".

Step2: You will see the shortcuts provided in your iPhone Settings as follow. Tap on the settings toggle according to your own need. Here we take "Brightness" for an example.

Step3: Tap on "Brightness" icon and click on "Install Brightness Shortcut" button.

Step4: When a settings page pops up, prompting you to install a Profile, tap on "Install".

Step5: Click "Install Now" in the pop-up window.

Step6: Click "Done" when finishing installing.

Step7: Go back to your homescreen, you will find the Brightness shortcut already on it.

Repeat the steps above and add more wanted shortcut on your iOS 5 device homescreen. Then you can go to setting toggles and see all the shortcuts you have added in the interface below.

This method cannot be seen as a replacement for SBSettings, but is indeed a good way for you to quickly make the relevant settings toggles if you cannot jailbreak your iOS device. Try it and you can easily add the shortcuts without jailbreak.
